The selection includes olives in brine (salt and water, without the use of chemical additives) or in a delicate dressing of olive oil inside a convenient heath-sealed pail with a protective atmoshere.

Preserved in a natural brine, these olives are not pasteurized. Those Fresh Olives retains their natural essence, offering unadulterated flavour, vivid colour, and a firm, meaty texture. Olives at their purest !
